Cribbing Setup Properly

Leveled to less than ¼’’ of variance across all piers

Floor, roof and wall fastening complete per installation manual instructions

Roof has been inspected / repaired from shipping holes and any damage

Furnace cap has been installed

PVC drain lines have been connected to sewer with ¼’’ / ft slope and cleanout

Furnace condensation drain line run to exterior of skirting w/screen

Dryer vent has been vented outside of skirt and supported

Ground anchor system has been completed and properly tensioned per installation manual

Marriage line piers installed as needed (openings 4ft or greater)

Skirting, siding soffit and fascia compete on ends if applicable

Exterior coach lights installed with bulb

Complete detailed fit and finish inspection of interior and exterior for damage and correct as needed

Dryer Vented through skirting properly per installation manual

Ship lose materials removed and light bulbs installed

Mate line doors and trim complete (double wide only)

Exterior door adjustments are complete and acceptable.

Gas, water, grounding and HVAC crossovers complete (double wide homes only)

Shipping materials have been removed and placed in receptacle

Exterior of home is clean including removal of all extra materials

Rough clean complete including removal of shipping materials

Foundation meets minimum HUD and manufacturer installation manual criteria

Submit any defects including parts needed to complete to the manufacturer.
